When will I receive my QC photos?

- Clothing: 3–6 business days
What if I'm not satisfied with the QC photos?
If you're unhappy with the QC photos or notice an error in your shipping information, simply reject the QC and contact customer support.
Our team will help arrange a replacement or update your shipping details before dispatch.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can enter your tracking number on our Track My Order page to view the latest shipping updates.
I haven't received a tracking number yet?
Tracking information is typically available within 3 business days after shipment.
You may also find your tracking number on your QC link or in your account order details.
Why does my tracking show "Label Created"?
This is completely normal and does not mean your package is lost. After shipment, packages first undergo international transportation and customs processing before being scanned by the local carrier.
Tracking updates usually begin once the package reaches the destination country and is handed over to the local carrier.
My tracking status shows an exception or return?
Please check with neighbors, family members, your mailbox, or building management first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will assist with the carrier investigation.
My package shows delivered, but I haven't received it?
Please contact customer support immediately.
Our team will help investigate the issue and work with the carrier to locate your package.
